1.Users' access to the application is subject to the Terms of Use, as modified and updated from time to time at Krushi Prabhat.
2.The application is owned, controlled, and managed by Krushi Prabhat.
3.By using the application, you agree to follow all the terms and conditions concerning the use of the app. Certain areas of the application may have different terms of use which is posted in the appropriate section. When there is
any conflict between Terms of Use and terms of use for a specific section, the latter will have precedence with respect to the use of the area of the application.
4.Once the registration is done successfully, the UserUser will need to make payment for the subscription to access the content for a certain time period which is specified under each plan of subscription fee. It is the sole discretion
of Krushi Prabhat to decide when to enable users to view the content for free of cost.
5.If we find out that certain mobile number/email address and password are misused in any manner, Krushi Prabhat reserve the right to suspend the rights immediately without any notice and block the access of all the users from that
IP address.
6.You agree that Krushi Prabhat is not responsible for unauthorized access to or modification of your data or material sent or received or not sent or received through the application.
7.You agree that Krushi Prabhat reserves the unreserved or discretionary right to change, add/delete or rearrange the service offerings, where a subscription fee is required to avail the services. Krushi Prabhat will notify you of such
changes and the dates when the changes are effective. Unless stated otherwise, the subscription amount once paid will not be refunded. However, in the case of failed transaction or duplicate transaction, the subscription amount
will be refunded to the source account from where the payment was made initially. Once the subscription period is over, the subscribed service will automatically be cancelled. We use third-party payment gateways for debit or credit
card collection where your personalized information will be shared. When the payment fails, the same will be shared with you by the payment gateway provider. We are not responsible for extra conversion charges, deductions, or error
issues from the payment gateway. When there are failed online transactions that result in no services, we offer no guarantees for the accuracy or timeline of the refunds reaching the bank account of the customers through the payment
gateway.
8.The user can opt-out of the subscription as and when he wants. However, UserUser will have access to the content for the remaining period of the term till which the subscription fee is already being paid. User will not get any refund
at any cost, including early cancellation by the UserUser, i.e., before the subscription term ends.
9.Krushi Prabhat may terminate the User'sUser's access to the app at any time and for any reason without any notice. Krushi Prabhat may monitor the User'sUser's access to the site.
10.Krushi Prabhat, may without any liability or obligation towards you, can add or delete one or more content or feature from the app at any time, without any notice to you. You agree to abide by this provision.
11.All the content on the app is the exclusive property of Krushi Prabhat. The software, text, graphics, images, and audio used in the app belongs to Krushi Prabhat. No material from the app may be copied, reproduced, modified, uploaded,
republished, posted, transmitted or distributed in any form without any prior written permission from Krushi Prabhat. All rights are reserved, and unauthorized use of the materials on the app may violate the copyright and may result
in civil or criminal penalties.
12.Krushi Prabhat does not guarantee that the app will operate error-free and its servers are free from viruses. Krushi Prabhat disclaims all the warranties and makes no warranties about reliability, accuracy, completeness or timeliness
of the content, services, software graphics, text and links.
13.Krushi Prabhat is not responsible for any damage to User'sUser's computer system or data loss resulting from the download of content, materials, and information from the app. Under no circumstances Krushi Prabhat is responsible for
any offensive, obscene, defamatory, offensive, illegal content or infringement of others' rights, including intellectual property rights. In addition, Krushi Prabhat is not responsible for any unlawful act done by the UserUser,
affiliates, employees, agents, including the misuse of any data, fraud, unfair trade practices, cybersquatting, hacking or other cybercrimes.
14.You may not send or post any message or material that has software viruses or files that may damage or destroy the application.
15.Krushi Prabhat may, only if you choose, send emailers or SMS to the mobile number or email address given by you. You can opt-out by clicking on the links given at the bottom of each mailer.
The acceptance of Terms of use shall be considered as final declaration from the user.
